I’m hispanic and olive skin and when I let my stubble go into bear territory I have uncanny resemblance to my middle eastern brothers. I got nothing against middle eastern people nor any other people but I do look like them when I grow my beard.

The problem is that I get these weird scared or angry stares from people. When I go to the airport security takes extra precaution with me and I just let them do their thing although at times I do act like a smartass because of their obvious profiling of me.

I should pretend I speak Arabic and really get TSA agents to piss their pants

I really hate the anti-beard attitudes of so many people. If it wasn’t meant to be there it wouldn’t grow there. I don’t feel you have to have a beard to be a man, it’s just what I prefer. I haver just recently grown a beard & am already sick of being asked “When are you gunna shave that off”. I know it’s personal choice but when the majority who prefer smooth bare skin faces like boys & women expect everyone to be like that, well it’s just plain wrong.

This fashion is something which females cannot do. Although they boast and arouse men by their hair and hairstyles, men’s beards should work the same for males

Always, you see the increase in testosterone allows a man to grow facial hair. manhood:the state of being a man; manly qualities, since only men have the testosterone levels which enable beard growth it is a manly quality. I think you may have read into my statements a little to deep or maybe misunderstood. It is quite obvious that a beard is a male specific quality.

Since when did beard become synonymous with manhood? I have the ‘old dutch’ (from the chart) and it doesn’t make anybody – especially me – feel any more manly. I have had many of the styles at one time or the other, but that hasn’t boosted or deflated any emotions. Those who do associate beard to manhood aren’t yet capable of asserting their gender, or suffering from sexual anxiety. They need a cure.

Such beard styles only draw controversy in today’s day, with several references to the Islam religion being thrown when I’m around – that prejudice inside spilling out masked as banter.

AHAHAHHAHAHA… SO YOU DID THAT RATHER THAN RAPE AND PILLAGE?? do you have those primal instincts often rick?? should I be worried?? And what feeling does it give you??

On a serious note tho…

facial hair can be used in many ways to accent ppl’s features if done correctly, its all about finding the right look for that man then it can be very sexy to women as is draws in on other details or can be used to hide a weak feature and it make it stronger… jaw lines etc.
As for full beards, they are more common at the moment but yes you need to be able to grow it properly!
As for turning women off.. well, do you really want a shallow women to begin with?? its personal taste or.. others will see beyond that if its not there thing. At the end of the day its what you as a man feels good with, and more confident to be yourself with. More confidence in you more women :) just don’t do the sparrow lol
